Privacy & Cookies
A plain-English note about what happens to your information when you use this website, and who to ask if anything here is unclear.
The short version
- —This site has no forms and no online checkout, so nothing you type into it is collected.
- —We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- —Two small technical cookies are set automatically to keep the site working and secure. They are listed below.
- —Salon appointments are booked through Treatwell, which opens in a new tab. Clinic appointments are arranged by phone or email. Those services keep their own records under their own policies.
If you call or email us
We use your name, contact details and whatever you tell us purely to reply, arrange an appointment or answer your question. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
We keep a message only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, or longer where we need to for a booking or a course of treatment. Clinical notes made during a clinic appointment are held separately by your practitioner — just ask them how long yours are kept.
The cookies this site sets
| Cookie | Who sets it | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Our site's security provider (Cloudflare) | Keeps automated abuse and spam away from the site. | 30 minutes |
| __dpl | Our website host | Makes sure you are shown the correct copy of the site. | 1 day |
Neither cookie is used to advertise to you or to follow you around the web. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — this site still works without them. If you do clear them, the same two are simply set again the next time you visit.
Other services a page loads
- —The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.
- —Our website host records anonymous page visits so we can see which pages people read. It sets no cookies.
- —Photographs shown on the site are stored with our website host.
